Transtar Max Clearcoat Gallon - 7761-Mtr

Transtar’s MAX Clearcoat is a fast drying clearcoat that provides the additional features of low overspray and super high gloss. This unique product improves production by maximizing vehicle throughput. The fast flash feature provides the benefit of less dust and dirt getting trapped in the finish, which means less labor expanded to buff or polish. 

• MIX RATIO: 4:1
• ACTIVATOR: 6800 Series Activators
• SHELF LIFE: 3 years
• VOC - REGULATORY: 4.5#/gal (536 g/l)
• VOC - ACTUAL: 3.7#/gal (437 g/l)
• COVERAGE: 460 ft2/gal. @ 1 mil.
• POT LIFE: 2 - 4 hours @ 68° - 75°F (20° - 24°C) and 50% R.H.
• SOLIDS % (WEIGHT): 40%
• SOLIDS % (VOLUME): 28%
• REDUCER: Optional: Transtar Urethane Grade Reducer (TDS600 or TDS601) Note: Reduction with 6700 Series reducer (TDS600) increases the VOC of the product mixture, reduction with 6700-F Series reducer (TDS601) does not increase VOC.
• REDUCTION: Up to 10% if desired.
