It attaches directly to the air inlet of the spray gun, and as air is passed between the patented spiral wound element’s compressed layers, particles as small as .01 micron are entrapped. The purpose of the inline spray gun filter is to prevent particles, debris, or other contaminants from clogging the spray gun nozzle or affecting the quality of the finish. It helps ensure a smooth and even application of the paint, reducing the risk of defects in the final coating.
